To Dusa. NBC hereby grants to DUSA an [C.I.] license under the NBC Technology to import, make or have made, use, sell, have sold and otherwise dispose of the Light Source, including without limitation, to purchase directly from NBC's supplier for DUSA's use and benefit, and for resale or other disposition, the U-Type Bulb, in the Light Source or any light device sold by DUSA. NBC shall provide to DUSA or its designee copies of all documentation within NBC's control that is reasonably necessary for DUSA to exercise the Note: Certain portions of this document have been marked "[c.i.]" to indicate that confidential treatment has been requested for this confidential information. The confidential portions have been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. licenses granted hereunder, and shall reasonably cooperate with DUSA to establish supply of Light Source, including sources of components and other materials. In the event that DUSA has Light Source manufactured by a third party, DUSA shall obtain from such third party a written confidentiality agreement to protect against the unauthorized use and disclosure of NBC's Confidential Information.
