Common use of Title to Products Clause in Contracts

Title to Products. Seller has and shall have good and marketable title to all Products sold and Delivered to Buyer under this Agreement, free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances. Seller has not sold and shall not sell any such Products to any other Person, and no Person other than Seller can claim an interest in any Product to be sold to Buyer under this Agreement.

Title to Products. Seller has and shall have good and marketable title to all Products sold and Delivered to Buyer under this Agreement, free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrancesencumbrances at the time of Delivery hereunder. Seller has not sold and and, except as permitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall not sell any such Products to any other Person, and no Person other than Seller can claim an interest in any Product to be sold to Buyer under this Agreement.
