Title to Data. All materials, documents, data or information obtained from the County data files or any County medium furnished to the Contractor in the performance of this Contract will at all times remain the property of the County. Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the Contractor after completion or termination of this Contract without the express written consent of the County. All materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the County at the end of this Contract.
Title to Data. 6.24.1 All materials, documents, data or information obtained from the COUNTY data files or any COUNTY medium furnished to the A-E in the performance of this CONTRACT, will at all times remain the property of the COUNTY. Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the A-E after completion or termination of this CONTRACT without the express written consent of the COUNTY.

Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by CONTRACTOR after completion or termination of AGREEMENT without the express written consent of COUNTY. All materials, documents, data or information, including copies furnished to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY must be returned to COUNTY at the end of this AGREEMENT unless otherwise authorized in writing by ENGINEER.

Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the SUBRECIPIENT after completion or termination of this CONTRACT without the express written consent of the COUNTY. All materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the COUNTY at the end of this CONTRACT. All PARTIES to the CONTRACT acknowledge that the COUNTY shall maintain ownership and control of all data files and the related indexes and pointers to those data files.

Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the A/E after completion or termination of this CONTRACT without the express written consent of the COUNTY and/or DISTRICT, as applicable.

Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the Attorneys after completion or termination of this Agreement without the express written consent of the County. All materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the County at the end of this Agreement.
Title to Data. All materials, documents, data or information obtained from the County data files or any County medium furnished to the Contractor in the performance of this Contract will at all times remain the property of the County. Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the Contractor after completion or termination of this Contract without the express written consent of the County. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor may use and disclose claims data to carry out the obligations of Contractor set forth in this Contract and/or the Group Service Agreement, or as required or permitted by law, subject to the provisions set forth in this Contract. All materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the County at the end of this Contract. Contractor shall not have any obligation to provide to the County any claim or payment data recorded for or otherwise integrated into Contractor’s data processing systems during the ordinary course of business, any information which Contractor reasonably deems to be proprietary in nature or any information which Contractor reasonably believes it cannot divulge due to applicable state and/or federal privacy restrictions.
