Timely Processing of Grievances. Any grievance not advanced to the next step by the grievant or the FOP/OLC within the time limits in that step shall be deemed resolved by the Employer’s last answer. Any grievance not answered by the Employer within the time limits in that step shall automatically proceed to the next step. Time limits may be extended by the Employer and the grievant or FOP/OLC by mutual agreement in writing.
