Time to Repair TTR. The TTR standard applies only to “Hard Outages”. Slow service or other service degradation is not considered a Hard Outage. The time to repair a circuit starts when a Trouble Ticket is opened by Verizon for a Hard Outage and concludes with restoration of the Wave circuit—i.e., the time that the Hard Outage condition no longer exists.
