Time Sheets/Time Clocks. a) The Employer shall provide either time clocks or time sheets to enable employees to record their time for payroll purposes; Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work, and the time they commence and return from meal periods, and such other recordings as be required by the Employer. b) In the event the time to be paid is less than the time recorded, the employee shall be advised. c) The Employer may elect to introduce other forms of time recording for payroll purposes and prior to doing so, shall meet with the Union in advance to advise of any changes. The Employer shall not use personal information obtained for any reason other than that of time recording for payroll purposes or door access.
