Time limit for adjustments. ‌ Either party may initiate the adjustment of the Contract Charge(s) under clause 25.1 by giving written notice to the other party of the adjustments to be made, including evidence of the variations to the relevant index and the calculation of the adjustments to the Contract Charge(s). If neither party gives notice to the other party with respect to the adjustment of the Contract Charge(s), in accordance with this clause 25.2, within 60 days of an anniversary of the Commencement Date, the Contract Charge(s) shall not be adjusted with respect to that anniversary of the Commencement Date and shall remain at the then current figure(s) until the next anniversary of the Commencement Date.   • Contract Term Adjustment “Contract Term Adjustment” means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment. Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:

Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an "Indemnity" clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Pay Adjustments (1) Where the rate of pay of a position or job is adjusted upwards, the employee shall be placed on the lowest step of the new pay range which will give him/her a monthly increase and the increment anniversary shall be that date.

  • CLOSING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS All adjustments are made as of settlement date.

  • Calculation of Time Periods Unless otherwise specified, in computing any period of time described in this Agreement, the day of the act or event after which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included and the last day of the period so computed is to be included, unless such last day is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday under the laws of the State in which the Property is located, in which event the period shall run until the end of the next day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. The final day of any such period shall be deemed to end at 5 p.m., local time.
