Time for Commencement and Operational Acceptance. 7.1 The Supplier shall commence work on the System within the period specified in the SCC, and without prejudice to GCC Clause 25.2, the Supplier shall thereafter proceed with the System in accordance with the time schedule specified in the Implementation Schedule in the Technical Requirements Section and any refinements made in the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan.
