Third Shift Premium. All employees covered by this Agreement assigned or who have posted and are working on the third shift (graveyard) shall work seven and one- half hours for which they will receive eight hours pay and in addition, a ninety cents (90¢) per hour premium shall be paid for all hours paid.

Third Shift Premium. Effective November 16, 2023 Employees whose work shift begins at or between the hours of 10PM and 2:00AM shall receive premium pay of fifty cents ($0.50) above their regular rate of pay for all hours worked of such shift. Effective November 16, 2024, Employees whose work shift begins at or between the hours of 10PM and 2:00AM shall receive premium pay of seventy-five cents ($.75) above their regular rate of pay for all hours worked of such shift.

Third Shift Premium. It is not the intent of the Employer to schedule employees to work three (3) different shifts within a workweek (day, evening and night shifts) on a regular basis. In the event this becomes necessary, all hours worked by the employee on the third (3rd} shift of that workweek shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2} times the regular straight time rate of pay. This provision is not applicable to employees who may end up working three (3) shifts due to their working some "double shifts" during the workweek.
