Third Party brokers and other agents. By signing this agreement you accept that European Markets Limited, its directors, or agents shall not be liable whatsoever for any breach of your terms of agreement with IG Markets, and we have no obligation to ensure that you or any agents you may act for or on behalf of comply with the terms of that agreement. By signing this agreement you accept that European Markets Limited is not in any way bound by the terms of your agreement with IG Markets. We may, at our entire discretion, arrange for any Transaction to be effected with or through the agency of an intermediate broker, who may be an associate of ours, and may not be in the United Kingdom. Neither we nor our respective directors, employees or agents will be liable to you for any act or omission of an intermediate broker or agent. No responsibility will be accepted for intermediate brokers or agents selected by you.
