Non Standard Settlement. GAM shall not be liable for any price variance relating to transactions requiring non-standard settlement. For example, purchases dealt on extended settlement terms (e.g.T+10).
Non Standard Settlement. It is not our general policy to accept trades with non-standard settlement and we will be under no obligation to agree to deal for you at a non-standard settlement. However, where we agree to do so, our execution price may not match the price you would receive had we dealt for you with a standard settlement date. However, we will deal at the best price available for the agreed non-standard settlement date.
