There May Be Construction and Sales Activities on the Project After Buyer Occupies the Unit. Xxxxx agrees that construction activity by Seller or other unit owners may continue on the Project even after Buyer occupies the Unit. This may result in noise, dust or other annoyances to Buyer and may limit Buyer's access to portions of the Project. Buyer gives up any rights or claims which Xxxxx might otherwise have against Seller or anyone else because of those conditions. Buyer agrees that Seller shall have the right to conduct extensive sales activities utilizing the common elements and any units still owned by Seller, including the use of model units, sales and management offices, and extensive sales displays and activities.
