The subject of this offer agreement is to provide a person wishing to take part in a physical education event /swim (hereinafter referred to as a Participant) organized by d.o.o. SPORTHUB (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) a set of services for conducting a physical training event (hereinafter referred to as the Swim) and participation of a Participant in it in accordance with the procedure and conditions provided for by this agreement and the Regulations on the conduct of the Swim, published on the swim page on the website xxxxx://x-xxxxxx.xxx (hereinafter referred to as the Position).
