THE SUBCONTRACT WORK. A. The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor and material for equipment for, and perform all services necessary to complete the Subcontract Work (as hereinafter described) in connection with the rehabilitation of the existing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Towers general office building located in the Borough of Eddystone, Delaware County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). The Subcontract Work shall be performed in accordance with the Construction Agreement between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Office, Inc.(hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") and the Contractor, the exhibits thereto, drawings, plans specifications and other contract documents referred to therein and dated the January 22, 1991, all of which documents are hereinafter referred to as the "Principal Contract" and are incorporated herein by reference. The Subcontract Work shall consist of the items listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. B. The Subcontractor acknowledges that he has completely reviewed all drawings, specifications, addenda and other contact documents with regard to the Project and is satisfied that it can complete all Subcontract Work in accordance with this Subcontract and the Principal Contract. C. The Subcontractor shall perform the Subcontract Work in strict accordance with the Principal Contract as it relates to the Subcontract Work and assumes all the responsibilities and obligations which the Contractor, by the Principal Contract, has assumed and agreed to perform for the Owner. Any work not specifically referred to in this Subcontract but which may be reasonably inferred therefrom shall also be performed and completed when and as required by the Subcontractor. To the extent that the Principal Contract imposes standards that are stricter than those in this Subcontract, the provisions of the Principal Contract shall be given effect. D. The Subcontractor acknowledges that it has taken steps reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the Subcontract Work, and that it has investigated and satisfied itself as to the general and local conditions which can effect the Subcontract Work or its cost, including but not limited to (1) conditions bearing upon transportation, disposal, handling, and storage of materials; (2) the availability of labor, water, electric power, and roads; (3) uncertainties of weather; (4) the confirmation of conditions of the ground; and (5) the character of equipment and facilities needed preliminary to and during performance. THE SUBCONTRACT WORK. The Subcontractor shall furnish all of the labor, materials, equipment, transportation, construction, plant, and facilities required for and shall perform all Contract Division Work on the Project and shall furnish and do everything required by this Agreement and the other Contract Documents listed in paragraph 4 hereof.
THE SUBCONTRACT WORK. 2.1 �is MSA is entered into by and between the Constructor and Subcontractor. As used herein, the term “Subcontractor” may include, as applicable, a design professional; a consultant; a subcontractor; a trade sub- contractor; or a supplier/vendor. �is MSA shall apply to and govern all projects for which Constructor engages Subcontractor. Notwithstanding anything herein, both parties agree that this MSA, by itself, does not award, nor does it guarantee, any future work. For each project that Constructor awards to Subcontrac- tor, if any, a Project Work Order (“PWO”) must be executed. �e PWO shall include the scope of work; sub- contract price; project requirements; general terms and conditions; and, as applicable, the incorporation of additional terms and conditions from a prime agreement, through flow-down or otherwise.

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.

  • Subcontractor A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

  • Vendor’s Subcontractors TIPS recognizes that many vendors operate in the open market through the use of subcontractors. For that reason, TIPS permits Vendor to utilize subcontractors as authorized and permitted by the TIPS Member Customer. However, all purchase documents must include: (1) Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and; (2) Vendor’s TIPS Contract Name and Number under which it is making the TIPS Sale. Vendor must report the sale pursuant to the terms herein and Vendor agrees that it is legally responsible for all reporting and fee payment as described herein for TIPS Sales even when subcontractors are utilized. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member to Vendor. The Parties intend that Vendor shall be responsible and for actions of subcontractors during a TIPS Sale. Vendor agrees that it is voluntarily authorizing subcontractors and in doing so, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that it is doing so at its own risk and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold TIPS harmless in accordance with Sections 14-17 above related to subcontractor TIPS Sales made pursuant to this Agreement or purporting to be made pursuant to this Agreement that may be asserted against Vendor whether rightfully brought or otherwise. The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that a subcontractor caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.
