The Plans And Specifications. 1.2.1 In case of conflict between requirements shown on the Plans and provisions of the Specifications, the Specifications shall take precedence over the Plans. Dimensions, shown in figures on the Plans, shall govern in case of any discrepancy between them and scaled dimensions.
