Common use of The Merchant Clause in Contracts

The Merchant. acknowledges that the Mobile Application is the exclusive property of the Federation or its suppliers and undertakes to take all necessary steps to keep it confidential and not to modify, translate, adapt, decompile, distribute, sub- licences or reproduce the Mobile Application, and to use it only in connection with the Mobile Payment Solution. If the Merchant breaches these restrictions, it may be sued for damages.
