Common use of The Human Resource Services Clause in Contracts

The Human Resource Services. Department shall provide a list to the principals for posting at each school of all teachers without summer school positions. The list shall include teachers’ areas of certification with the most recent experience in each area and the length of continuous service in the District in an instructional position by the last day of post planning as submitted by each teacher on the form sent to the Human Resources Services Department. Principals shall select teachers without summer school instructional positions that meet the position qualifications of the vacancy from the list provided by Human Resources Services Department.
