Common use of THE EMPLOYER AND THE UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

THE EMPLOYER AND THE UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. 7.01 The Employer agrees to acquaint new Employees with the fact that a Union agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with the Union Security and Dues Check-off.

The Employer agrees to provide the Union Security and Dues Check-offa minimum of thirty (30) minutes during an employee’s general orientation to achieve the aforementioned.
