The Deeds. CREF3 will, within ten days after execution of this Amendment, file a motion with the Pima County Superior Court asking the Court to deliver the Deeds to the County, and CREF3 will take any other actions reasonably required to cause the Deeds to be released to the County. [CREF3 will also request, and will pay the premium for, standard coverage owner’s policies of title insurance insuring the County’s title to the Core Parcels provided the policy premiums for such policies shall not exceed $5,000 in the aggregate. In connection with the conveyance of the Core Parcels to the County, CREF3 will cause the lien of the Judgment to be released from the Core Parcels (to the extent not already released).

  • SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED Seller shall provide to Buyer at closing a Special Warranty Deed, or its local equivalent. Seller will not provide a Warranty Deed or General Warranty Deed.

  • Reconveyance Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall request Trustee to reconvey the Property and shall surrender this Security Instrument and all notes evidencing debt secured by this Security Instrument to Trustee. The Purchaser agrees to deliver to the Seller (or cause to be delivered to the Seller) the original Mortgage Note for any Mortgage Loan not later than five (5) Business Days following its receipt of a notice from the Seller that such a payment in full has been received or that a notification has been received that such a payment in full shall be made. Such Mortgage Note shall be held by the Seller, in trust, for the purpose of canceling such Mortgage Note and delivering the canceled Mortgage Note to the Mortgagor in a timely manner as and to the extent provided under any applicable federal or state law. In the event the Seller grants a satisfaction or release of a Mortgage without having obtained payment in full of the indebtedness secured by the Mortgage, the Seller shall remit to the Purchaser the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan by deposit thereof in the Custodial Account. The Fidelity Bond shall insure the Seller against any loss it may sustain with respect to any Mortgage Loan not satisfied in accordance with the procedures set forth herein.

  • Memorandum of Lease Lessor and Lessee shall promptly upon the request of either enter into a short form memorandum of this Lease, in form suitable for recording under the laws of the State in which reference to this Lease, and all options contained herein, shall be made. Lessee shall pay all costs and expenses of recording such memorandum of this Lease.

  • Conveyance of Title Upon closing, Seller shall execute and deliver to Buyer a Patent, Grant Deed, or Quit Claim Deed conveying title to the Cabin/Home Site. Buyer shall also receive a Xxxx of Sale executed by the current owner of the Personal Property in form of Exhibit B, attached hereto. If Buyer and the owner of the Personal Property are identical, then the Xxxx of Sale shall be returned to said party.
