Special Warranty Deed definition

Special Warranty Deed means the special warranty deed or deeds to be executed and delivered by Seller at the Closing, substantially in the form set forth on Exhibit 1.1-D attached hereto.
Special Warranty Deed shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1(a).
Special Warranty Deed means a special warranty deed substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

More Definitions of Special Warranty Deed

Special Warranty Deed means that certain deed in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto.
