Special Warranty Deed definition

Special Warranty Deed means the special warranty deed or deeds to be executed and delivered by Seller at the Closing, substantially in the form set forth on Exhibit 1.1-D attached hereto.

Special Warranty Deed shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1(a).

Special Warranty Deed means a special warranty deed substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

• Subject to payment at closing as required herein and compliance by Purchaser with the other terms and provisions hereof, Seller shall execute and deliver a good and sufficient Special Warranty Deed to Purchaser conveying the real property subject to building and zoning regulations, taxes, assessments, and all easements and encumbrances, including those of record.

• The terms and covenants of this Section shall be included in the Special Warranty Deed and shall survive the Closing and the delivery of the Special Warranty Deed and any other instruments of transfer or any termination of this Contract.

More Definitions of Special Warranty Deed

Special Warranty Deed means that certain deed in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto.

Special Warranty Deed means the Special Warranty Deed from RTP to Buyer pertaining to the Special Warranty Deed Property and substantially in the form of Exhibit C-3.
