The Convention to be Held in the City. The RNC shall issue the call for the Convention to be held in the City, and shall hold the Convention in the City, during the period of August 27, 2012, through August 30, 2012; provided, however, that upon notice by the COA on or before February 1, 2012, the Convention Period (as defined in Section 2.2 hereof) may, in the COA’s sole discretion, commence one or more days after August 27, 2012, and end one or more days before August 30, 2012.
