The Buyer’s Deliveries at Closing. On the Closing Date, the Buyer shall deliver to the Seller the Closing Payment by wire transfer of immediately available funds in accordance with the wire instructions set forth in Schedule 1 hereto, the Note, the Warrant, the Contingent Warrant and the Security Agreement (each duly executed by the Buyer).
