Common use of The Building and The Project Clause in Contracts

The Building and The Project. The Premises are a part of the building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (the “Building”). The Building is part of an office project known as “Sunnyvale City Center.” The term “Project,” as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building and the Common Areas, (ii) the land (which is improved with landscaping, subterranean parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located, (iii) the other office buildings located adjacent to the Building and the land upon which such adjacent office building is located, and (iv) at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of the Project.

The Building is part of an office project known as “Sunnyvale City Center"Creekside Business Park.” " The term “"Project,” " as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building and the adjacent building with the address of 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx (the "Adjacent Building"), and the Common Areas, (ii) the land (which is improved with landscaping, subterranean parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building, the Adjacent Building and the Common Areas are located, and (iii) the other office buildings located adjacent to the Building and the land upon which such adjacent office building is located, and (iv) at Landlord’s 's discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of the Project.
