THE ASSOCIATION OF ALLOTTEES. (a) It is also understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the allottee shall join as member of the association of allottees and strictly abide by the rules, regulations and bye-laws of the association of allottees. The allottee shall pay to the association of allottees such amounts/charges as decided by the association of allottees from time to time. The allottee shall sign all necessary applications, memorandum, letters, documents and other papers and writings for the purpose of becoming a member of the association of allottees.
