The WINDOW clause defines a specific time period during which certain actions, rights, or obligations under a contract may be exercised or must occur. In practice, this clause might set a deadline for submitting claims, performing services, or delivering goods, specifying exact start and end dates or durations. Its core function is to provide clear temporal boundaries, ensuring all parties understand when contractual duties or rights are active, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over timing.
WINDOW. All windows shall be fitted with anodized aluminum frames (matching with the elevation) and fitted with glass and locks. BUT without any grills.
WINDOW. Window Frames shall be made with standard size of Good Quality Wood (Teak). Window Center Portion shall be made with 5 mm Thick Pinned glass. Grill works shall be made with standard size (Windows will be provided with metal grill for protection as per design.)

WINDOW. Any bargaining unit member who meets the conditions set forth herein and retires at the end of the school year, ending on August 31, 1999, shall receive the maximum amounts as set forth above for twenty-five (25) years service or less, provided that those members retiring within the above window period with twenty-eight (28) or more years shall have two (2) years credit purchased on their behalf. This provision shall be a one-time situation designed to fairly accommodate those members who would otherwise be unable to access this benefit. This window period shall expire on August 31, 1999, unless mutually extended by the parties to this agreement.

At any time during the Exclusive Angel Window or the Co-Exclusive Window, Angel shall ensure to optimize revenue even if it means licensing the Picture to third parties during such period(s); provided however, any third party license during the Co-Exclusive Window to a faith based SVOD service shall require Licensor’s prior written approval.

Tenant will not clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in demised premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the New York State Labor Law or any other applicable law or of the Rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other Board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.
