Common use of The Aircraft Clause in Contracts

The Aircraft. The Lessee hereby certifies that the Aircraft described in Schedule 1 hereto, consisting of two pages (including attachments) and made a part hereof, and the Aircraft Documents described in Schedule 2 hereto, consisting of three pages (including attachments) and made a part hereof, have been delivered to the Lessee, inspected by the Lessee, found to be in good order and accepted hereunder, and for all purposes of, the Lease, all on the date hereof. Any qualifications to the return conditions set forth in Lease Section 6 are attached hereto in Schedule 3. Lessee accepts delivery of the Aircraft "AS IS", "WHERE IS", AND SUBJECT TO EACH AND EVERY DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND REPRESENTATION AS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 4.3 OF THE LEASE.

The Aircraft. Any qualifications to the return conditions set forth in Lease Section 6 9 are attached hereto in Schedule 32 hereto, consisting of 1 page (including attachments) and made a part hereof.
