Testing & Inspection. a. Coordinate and monitor all testing and inspection programs. b. Monthly, provide the OWNER with a schedule of inspections to be performed during the coming month, including the scheduled date, type of test or inspection and test/inspection criteria or standards. Issue reports that include date, persons present and test/inspection criteria or standards. c. Comply with the requirements of the OWNER’s independent safety inspection program. Facilitate scheduled and unannounced inspections and provide information to the independent safety inspectors as requested.
