Continued Testing. The Customer shall test and inspect the Generating Facility from time to time thereafter in accordance with LES' operating procedures, provide LES with the opportunity to observe such testing and inspection, and provide the results of any such testing and inspection to LES.
Continued Testing. In the event of any Level One or Level Two Problems classified during Acceptance Testing, the Partnership shall use reasonable efforts to continue Acceptance Testing of any part of the System not materially affected by the Problem. When Corrective Modifications are delivered by DST, the Partnership shall perform retests which are reasonable for the size and quantity of the Corrective Modifications delivered, as agreed by the parties. Any disputes over the Corrective Modifications delivered by DST, or any retests, will be referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedures.
