Common use of Testing for Infectious Disease Clause in Contracts

Testing for Infectious Disease. a. If, by reason of health screening pursuant to Article XIII (D) (2), or other valid reason to believe an employee, or any member of his/her household probably has an infectious or contagious disease or syndrome, the employee may be required to submit to an immediate medical evaluation by a public health physician and/or a medical doctor selected by the Board, at Board expense.
