Test protocols and reports. Provide the detailed test protocol to the Employer and the Employer’s representative, at least two (2) weeks before the commencement of any tests during commissioning. The Employer, Employer’s representative and the Contractor shall agree on test protocol before the commencement of any tests. The Test protocol shall include but not limited to: o Definition of each test type and test methods; o List of equipment to be used along with their specification and relevant certificates; o Duration of each test; o Test evaluation method and Acceptance/Rejection criteria.  Provide the report to the Employer and the Employer’s representative upon the successful completion of the tests during commissioning and issue of the Certificate of Practical Completion. The report shall include following but not limited to: o Overview of the Plant. o General Information:  Company profiles. o Acceptance protocols:  SANS 10142 certificates;  Earth resistivity test result;  MV test certificate. o Solar module:  Data sheet;  Certificates;  Manual;  Mounting approval;  Flash list. o Inverter:  Data sheet;  Certificates;  Serial numbers;  String measurements;  Manual;  Service manual. o LV-reticulation:  Communication board;  Field DB;  Main LV board. o Transformer and switchgear;  Data sheets;  Certificates;  Test reports;  Foundation layouts. o Cables and connectors:  List of installed cables;  DC cable data sheets and certificates;  AC cable data sheets and certificates;  MV cable data sheets and certificates;  Speed/data wire cable data sheets and certificates;  Fibre optic able data sheets and certificates;  MC4 connector data sheets and certificates;  Cable lugs data sheets and certificates. o Substructure:  Data sheets;  Certificates;  Detailed drawings;  Test loading report. o Monitoring:  Data sheets  Certificates;  Wiring plan;  Cluster controller manual;  Irradiation sensor;  Ambient temperature sensor;  Module temperature sensor;  IP addresses;  GSM router;  Display screen. o Plans and drawings:  11 kV schematic;  Trenches;  String overview;  Earthing layout;  DC circuit diagram;  Camera layout;  Lightning protection layout. o Surge protection:  Lightning protection layout;  Inverter data sheets and certificates.

  • Filings and Reports (a) Each year during the term of the Fee Agreement, the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates shall deliver to the County, the County Auditor, the County Assessor and the County Treasurer a copy of their most recent annual filings with the Department with respect to the Project, not later than thirty (30) days following delivery thereof to the Department.
