Common use of Termination of Employment by the Company Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employment by the Company. 11.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company may terminate the Employee's employment without notice. At the Company's discretion, the Employee will continue to perform his duties and will be paid his regular salary up to the date of termination. The Company will pay to the Employee severance pay in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 hereof, such severance to be inclusive of any severance obligations to the Employee pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Standards Act of British Columbia.

At the Company's discretion, the Employee will continue to perform his duties and will be paid his regular prevailing salary up to the date of termination. The Company will pay to the Employee severance pay Severance as set out in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 hereof13, such severance to which Severance shall be inclusive of any severance obligations to the Employee that would be payable pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Standards Act of British Columbia.

The Company will pay to the Employee severance pay in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 hereof, such severance to be inclusive of any severance obligations to the Employee pursuant to the provisions labor laws of the Employment Standards Act Province of British Columbia, less applicable Government Deductions and Severance as set out in Section 13.
