Common use of TERMINATION OF DEPENDENT COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF DEPENDENT COVERAGE. If You fail to pay the cost of Dependent coverage, Your Dependent coverage will end. It will end on the last day of the period for which You made the required payments, unless coverage ends earlier for other reasons. A Dependent's coverage ends when the Dependent is no longer a Dependent, as defined in the Contract. Coverage ends at 12:01 a.m. on the date the first of these events occurs. Also, Dependent coverage ends when the Contractholder's coverage ends. THE CONTRACT This Contract, including the endorsements and the attached papers, if any, constitutes the entire contract of insurance.
