Termination of Continuous Service. 5.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, if the Grantee's Continuous Service terminates for any reason at any time before all of his or her PSUs have vested, the Grantee's unvested PSUs shall be automatically forfeited upon such termination of Continuous Service and neither the Company nor any Affiliate shall have any further obligations to the Grantee under this Agreement.
