Termination For Reasons Other Than Cause. In the event the Employee's employment or other service with Xxxxxxx and all Subsidiaries is terminated other than for Cause by reason of voluntary resignation, death, Disability or Retirement, the Option will remain exercisable, to the extent exercisable as of the date of such termination, for a period of one year following the date the Employee's employment or other service is terminated, and any portion of the Option which is not exercisable as of the date of such termination will immediately terminate without notice of any kind.
