Termination For Reasons Other Than Cause. If the Participant’s employment or other service relationship is terminated for any reason other than cause, the Participant or, if applicable, the Participant’s legal guardian, executor, administrator, heir or legatee, may exercise the vested portion of the Option, but only within such period of time ending on the earlier of: (a) the date three months following the termination of the Participant’s employment or other service relationship or (b) the Expiration Date.
