Common use of Termination for Convenience or Suspension of Project Clause in Contracts

Termination for Convenience or Suspension of Project. DASNY may at any time give written notice to the CONSULTANT terminating this Contract for Professional Services or suspending the Project, in whole or in part, for DASNY’s convenience and without cause. If DASNY terminates this Contract for Professional Services or suspends the Project, the CONSULTANT shall immediately reduce its staff, services, and outstanding commitments in order to minimize the cost of termination or suspension.
