Common use of Term of this Investment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of this Investment Agreement. The Term of this Investment Agreement shall start on the Project Start Date and end on the later of: (i) the date Alberta Innovates pays the final portion of the Investment; (ii) the date the Project, as described in the Application, is completed; or (iii) the date Alberta Innovates communicates its receipt and acceptance of the Final Report to the Applicant.

Term of this Investment Agreement. The Term of this Investment Agreement shall start on the Project Start Date and end on the later of: (i) the date Alberta Innovates pays the final portion of the Investment; (ii) the date the Project, as described in the Application, is completed; or (iii) the date Alberta Innovates communicates its receipt and acceptance of the Final Report to the Alberta Applicant.

Term of this Investment Agreement. The Term of this Investment Agreement shall start on the Project Start Date and end on the later of: (i) the date Alberta Innovates pays the final portion of the Investment; (ii) the date the Project, as described in the Application, is completed; or (iii) the date Alberta Innovates communicates its receipt and acceptance of the Final Report to the ApplicantApplicant - provided that in no case will the Term exceed six (6) months.
