Common use of Term of the Company Clause in Contracts

Term of the Company. The term of the Company shall commence on the date of the filing of the Certificate as required by Section 18-201 of the Act and shall continue in existence until the Termination Date, unless its existence is sooner terminated upon dissolution (and subsequent termination of the Company after the winding up of its affairs) as provided in this Agreement or the Act, or unless the term shall otherwise be extended by amendment to this Agreement.
