Tenure Teachers - Reporting Pre. Post Instructional/ Staff Days on School Calendar. So long as the required days/hours of instruction and additional staff days, as outlined in State Regulations and the School Calendar, have been met during the regular school year, tenure teachers shall not be required to report before the first day of the fall school session nor to remain after the last day of the spring/summer school session, as set forth in the school calendar, without additional compensation therefor.
