Tenure Contract. Tenure teachers will receive by October 15th of each school year, a contract notification including their step and lane on the salary schedule, the amount of salary to be earned for that year including longevity (if applicable), differentials (if applicable), additional salary earned as well as other monetary payments due and owing the individual teacher.

  • COMPLETE CONTRACT This Contract represents the entire agreement between the Owner and the Design-Builder and supersedes prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral.
