Tenant’s Entry Into the Premises Prior to Substantial Completion. Provided that Tenant and its agents do not interfere with construction of the Tenant Improvements, Contractor shall allow Tenant access to the Premises prior to the Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements for the purpose of Tenant installing over-standard equipment or fixtures (including Tenant’s data and telephone equipment) in the Premises and otherwise preparing such Premises for occupancy. Prior to Tenant’s entry into the Premises as permitted by the terms of this Section 6.1, Tenant shall submit a schedule to Landlord and Contractor, for their approval, which schedule shall detail the timing and purpose of Tenant’s entry. Tenant shall hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify, protect and defend Landlord against any loss or damage to the Building or Premises and against injury to any persons caused by Tenant’s actions pursuant to this Section 6.1.

Prior to Tenant’s entry into the Premises as permitted by the terms of this Section 6.15.1, Tenant shall submit a schedule to Landlord and Contractor, for their approval, which schedule shall detail the timing and purpose of Tenant’s entry. Tenant shall hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify, protect and defend Landlord against any loss or damage to the Building or Premises and against injury to any persons caused by Tenant’s actions pursuant to this Section 6.15.1.

Provided that Tenant and its agents do not interfere with construction of with, or delay, the Tenant ImprovementsContractors' work in the Complex and the Premises, Contractor the Contractors shall allow Tenant and its Separate Contractor (s) access to the Premises prior to the Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements Premises for the purpose of Tenant installing over-standard equipment or fixtures (including Tenant’s 's data and telephone equipment) equipment and cabling in the Premises Premises. The installation of the telephone and otherwise preparing data cabling will be coordinated with the Contractors to cause such Premises for occupancywork to be performed at a time reasonably designated by the Contractors. Prior to Tenant’s 's entry into the Premises as permitted by the terms of this Section 6.15.1, Tenant shall submit a schedule to Landlord and Contractorthe Contractors, for their approval, which schedule shall detail the timing and purpose of Tenant’s 's entry. Tenant shall hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify, protect protect, and defend Landlord against any loss or damage to the Building or Premises and against injury to any persons caused by Tenant’s Txxxxx's actions pursuant to this Section 6.15.1.

Prior to Tenant’s entry into the Premises as permitted by the terms of this Section 6.1, Tenant shall submit a schedule to Landlord and Contractor, for their approval, which schedule shall detail the timing and purpose of Tenant’s entry. Tenant shall hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify, protect and defend Landlord against any loss or damage to the Building or Additional Premises and against injury to any persons caused by Tenant’s actions pursuant to this Section 6.1.
