Freight Elevators. Landlord shall, consistent with its obligations to other tenants of the Building, make the freight elevator reasonably available to Tenant in connection with initial decorating, furnishing and moving into the Premises.

Freight Elevators. The Building service elevator shall be available for use by all tenants in the Building, subject to such reasonable scheduling by Landlord. No equipment, materials, furniture, packages, supplies, merchandise or other property will be received in the Building or carried in the elevators except between such hours and in such elevators as may be designated by Landlord. Tenant’s initial move-in and subsequent deliveries of bulky items, such as furniture, safes and similar items shall be made after obtaining Landlord’s written consent and shall be made during the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., Monday through Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Landlord. Deliveries during normal office hours shall be limited to normal office supplies and other small items. No deliveries shall be made which impede or interfere with other tenants or the operation of the Building.
Freight Elevators. Landlord shall cause one (1) passenger elevator to be "padded" and otherwise prepared and ready for freight service and shall make the same reasonably available to Tenant, in connection with initial decorating, furnishing and moving into the Premises.
Freight Elevators. No furniture, packages, supplies, equipment or merchandise shall be carried up or down in the freight elevator except during such hours and along such routes and by such persons as may be designated by Landlord in writing. Upon not less than 24 hours’ prior notice to Landlord, which notice may be oral, Landlord shall supply nonexclusive freight elevator service, at a time to be scheduled with Landlord, without additional charge other than for additional security during times other than Building Hours on Building Days. Tenant shall not transport freight in loads exceeding the weight limitations of such elevator. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such property from any cause, and Tenant will be liable for all damage or injuries caused by moving or maintaining such property.
Freight Elevators. Landlord shall, consistent with its obligations to other tenants of the Building, and subject to the needs of Landlord with respect to any construction or alteration of the Base, Shell and Core of the Building, make the freight elevator reasonably available to Tenant in connection with initial decorating, furnishing and moving into Suite 550.
Freight Elevators. Lessor shall, consistent with its obligations to ----------------- other tenants of the Project, and subject to the needs of Lessor with respect to Lessor's construction work in the Project, make the freight elevator reasonably available to Lessee in connection with initial decorating, furnishing and moving into the Premises.
Freight Elevators. Landlord, at Landlord's expense (but subject to recoupment pursuant to Article 2 hereof), shall provide freight elevator service by keeping one (1) freight elevator on call on a "first come, first served" basis on Business Days from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on a reservation, "first come, first served" and prior notice basis from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Business Days and at any time on days other than Business Days. If Tenant uses the freight elevators serving the Premises between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Business Days or at any time on any other days, and if thereby Landlord incurs any incremental costs related thereto then Tenant shall pay Landlord, as additional rent for such use, an amount equal to such incremental cost to Landlord. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Landlord hereby agrees to waive the additional rent freight charges for up to the first twenty-six (26) hours of Initial Tenant's move-in to the Premises. Landlord shall not be required to furnish any freight elevator services during the hours from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Business Days and at any time on days other than Business Days unless Landlord has received advance notice from Tenant requesting such services prior to 2:00 p.m. on the day upon which such service is requested or by 2:00 p.m. of the last preceding Business Day if such periods are to occur on a day other than a Business Day. Landlord shall have the right to require Tenant to schedule Tenant's move of substantial Tenant's Property or materials for Alterations into or out of the Premises during the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Business Days, or at times on days other than Business Days, in which case Tenant shall pay to Landlord the charge for overtime freight elevator use as provided in this Section 24.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon at least five (5) days prior notice to Landlord, Tenant shall be permitted to schedule Tenant's initial move into the Premises at any time on Business Days or non-Business Days, provided, however, that if Tenant moves into the Premises during the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Business Days or at times on days other than Business Days, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the charge for overtime freight elevator use as provided in this Section 24.2.

Freight Elevators. Landlord shall provide nonexclusive freight elevator service subject to reasonable scheduling by Landlord without charge except as set forth below. Landlord may charge Tenant for costs of providing security or elevator operations personnel, if any, in connection with any such use of freight elevator service after Building Hours or in connection with large freight requiring elevator operations personnel.
Freight Elevators. As indicated in Section 6.4.2 of this Lease, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate with Tanvex, the tenant of the remainder of the Building, to allow Tenant the temporary use of the Building elevator located in the back warehouse portion the first floor, which elevator services the Building mezzanine, in order to initially move Tenant’s furniture, fixtures and equipment into the Premises.
Freight Elevators. Landlord shall, consistent with its obligations to other tenants of the Building, make the freight elevator reasonably available to Tenant in connection with initial decorating, furnishing and moving into the Premises, at no additional cost to Tenant during normal business hours. With respect to Tenant’s use of freight elevators after normal business hours, if so requested by Tenant, Tenant shall be required to pay for the incremental out-of-pocket costs incurred by Landlord for after-hours access control personnel.
