Tenant Notice Letter. A letter to the tenants of the Property indicating that the Property has been sold to Buyer and directing that all future rental payments be sent to Buyer in the form attached as Exhibit H hereto (the “Tenant Notice Letter”); and
Tenant Notice Letter. A counterpart to the Tenant Notice Letter duly executed by Buyer;
Tenant Notice Letter. A counterpart of the Tenant Notice Letter, duly executed by Owner JV;
Tenant Notice Letter. A letter (“Tenant Notice Letter”) signed by the party that constitutes Seller with respect to each Parcel addressed to the tenants under the Leases applicable to such Parcel advising such tenants of the sale of the Property to Buyer, the transfer of such tenant’s security deposit to Buyer, and directing that all future rent payments and other charges under the Leases be forwarded to Buyer at an address to be supplied by Buyer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Tenant Notice Letters shall not be delivered through Escrow but shall be sent directly by Seller to the tenants on the Closing;
Tenant Notice Letter. The Tenant Notice Letter executed by Purchaser; and
Tenant Notice Letter. A sample Tenant Notice Letter duly executed by Buyer or Buyer’s management company, which can be delivered to Tenants by either Seller or Buyer.
Tenant Notice Letter. Buyer shall deliver to Escrow Holder one
Tenant Notice Letter. An executed letter addressed to Tenants notifying them of the change in ownership, in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “G”;
Tenant Notice Letter. A notice regarding the sale in substantially the form of Exhibit E attached hereto, (a) duly executed by Hunter's Creek Seller with respect to the Hunter’s Creek Property and (b) duly executed by Metrowest Seller with respect to the Metrowest Property (collectively, the “Tenant Notice”); and
Tenant Notice Letter. At the Closing, Seller shall furnish Buyer with a signed notice to be given to each tenant of the Property in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT "F" and made a part hereof (the "Tenant Notice Letter"). The Tenant Notice Letter shall disclose that the Property has been sold to Buyer and that, after the Closing, all rents should be paid to Buyer (except to the extent provided otherwise in Section 8.4(a)(i) below).
