Common use of Temporary Shift Change Clause in Contracts

Temporary Shift Change. An employee’s shift may be temporarily changed from his/her regularly scheduled shift n o more than once in any given workweek. If a temporary change is to occur, the employee shall be given at least twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the commencement of his/her regularly scheduled shift, when practicable.
