Common use of Temporary Repairs Clause in Contracts

Temporary Repairs. The Corporation is not liable to an owner of a vehicle insured under this Division in respect of temporary repairs made in order to move the vehicle, under its own power, to a place where repairs are to be completed, if the owner of the vehicle has, without reasonable cause and to the prejudice of the Corporation, failed to obtain the consent of the Corporation to the temporary repairs.‌‌‌‌
