Policies & Procedures. Changes to existing Policies and Procedures which are not referenced in this Agreement but which may affect working conditions, or the introduction of new Policies and Procedures which may affect working conditions, will not be made without prior discussion with SPEA.
Policies & Procedures. By submitting the Application/Agreement, resident students agree to accept and abide by all Residence Life & Housing and university policies, procedures, and regulations and to accept any living unit space as assigned. Residential students are expected to read and abide by the policies, procedures, and regulations published in the Campus Housing Policies as appropriate, which is an addendum to the Application/Agreement, and the Xxxxxx State University Student Handbook. These policies, procedures, and regulations may change from time to time, as designated by Residence Life & Housing. To avoid any misunderstanding concerning Xxxxxx State University, the student is advised that University staff neither enters into any oral agreements, nor make or rely on any oral representation concerning the Terms and Conditions. The entire agreement is expressed in writing and the terms and conditions supersede any understanding by the student that may have been communicated verbally. Neither the student nor University may rely on any oral agreement or representation for any understanding of fact or law that is not expressed in writing. Violators of these regulations and procedures may be disciplined by a Conduct Review Panel or university staff, according to the due process procedure explained in the Xxxxxx State University Student Handbook or Campus Housing Policies. Policies & Procedures. RELEASING PARTIES acknowledge that they have been provided with a copy of RMSD’s current policies and procedures for participation of PARTICIPANT at the SCHOOL and that RMSD’s policies and procedures may change without notice at any time. Should any policy and/or procedure change, RMSD will provide ADULT with a copy of the updated policies and procedures within a reasonable time after the new policy and/or procedure has been implemented by RMSD. Policies & Procedures. (a) The Company will forward to the Society a copy of all EC Policies and Procedures affecting working conditions, and amendments thereto, immediately they are issued. The Company shall not alter existing EC Policies and Procedures insofar as they are referenced and have effect in this Agreement unless agreed to by the Society. Agreement by the Society shall constitute an amendment to the Agreement.

You understand and accept that if you do not comply with any of the Policies & Procedures, then your accreditation may be suspended and/or Manitoba Public Insurance may refuse to do direct business with you.
