Temporary Positions of Added Responsibility. (i) When a Principal or Vice-Principal will be absent from school for a period of more than twenty (20) consecutive work days, but less than one school year, the Board may appoint a Teacher as a "Temporary Principal or Vice-Principal" to fulfill the duties of the absent administrator.
