Common use of Temporary Facilities Clause in Contracts

Temporary Facilities. Temporary overhead facilities may be installed to serve a construction site or where necessary because of severe weather conditions. In the latter case, within a reasonable time after weather conditions have moderated or upon completion of installation of permanent underground facilities, such temporary facilities shall be replaced by underground facilities and the temporary facilities removed unless an exception is granted by the City Council.
