Common use of Temporary Assignment Premium Clause in Contracts

Temporary Assignment Premium. Where the Employer designates an Employee to assume additional duties. Additional duties may include supervisory, higher rated, departmental coordination, administrative or other duties and responsibilities as agreed by the parties, the Employee shall be paid an additional hourly premium of one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) for the full shift.
