Television Broadcasts. No television or radio broadcasting, taping, recording or photographing shall be permitted, except with mutual agreement of ORE and Renter. Should ORE grant to the Renter such privilege, ORE has the right to require advance payment of any estimated related costs to ORE and may also require payment for said privilege in addition to rental fee. Such permission must be obtained in writing in advance of event.
